Don’t settle for same old, same old. No two couples are the same. Each ceremony is unique, personal and special. Tailored to suit you. Adding heartfelt vows, a little humour, romance and love. Those few words spoken will be remembered for a lifetime. Creating memories for you both. Getting to know you and developing a rapport and friendship so it will seem like we have known each other for years.
First of all let’s have a chat to make sure I am the right Celebrant for you. Nothing is greater than seeing two people happy and enjoying their wedding day.
Once we get to know each other, and after listening to your ideas and thoughts, discovering how you both met, fell in love and began starting your plans for the big day; we will together start creating a memorable and special ceremony.
Weddings don’t have to be a sombre affair, I can assure you your guests won’t get bored by endless words. Your ceremony will be personal and tailored to you. Creating a special day with the people most dear. Including family and friends or even pets into your memorable occasion.
You can include symbolic and traditional rituals such as Handfasting (this where “tying the knot” comes from). I love this ritual. Joining your hands together with cords or ribbons in the colours of your choice, involving family and friends if you wish.
Have you a theme you wish to work to? Whether it be romantic, modern or rustic. I will help plan your ceremony. Just sit back, relax and your dream ceremony will become a reality. End your day with a smile.
“What an amazing lady – from the very 1st day we met Gerri we knew she was the one for our ceremony. She did exactly what we wanted and more. She came to visit us on numerous occasions to go through everything with us, kept in contact all the time via email or text & made sure we were always happy. We were asked to write a story from when we first met, she helped us write our own vows and chose poems that were so appropriate. Everything was so personal it was very very emotional (even on the rehearsals) – she made us feel very relaxed and we got to know her so well from start to finish that we have definitely made a friend for life. She’s already said she’d be happy to do my daughters’ wedding (not for a while tho lol).
We wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do our ceremony and are very grateful for everything she did for us.
